We're you living there when Chauncy's Bar was still in operation? What a place that was on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
My friend owns a building on Park Ave "Mackoul Associates" building. He bought it for a song; its now worth an easy seven figures.
Back in the 70s before LB was revitalized the town was a dump. Couldn't give a house away.
I see you are studying international relations. I am now retired, but when I was in the PR business that was my specialty along with international trade. A job with a multinational ad or PR agency would be great for you. What are your plans?
