The Hardesters Shopping Center in Hidden Valley Lake, CA is having a Spring Fling on Saturday, May 16th. We would love to have press coverage from the Bay Area - even though we are two hours to the north. We would love to have Twitter and Squidoo experts show up with laptops as the shopping center is a Wi-Fi hot spot. Moreover, we would like to bring the local community up-to-speed regarding social media on the Internet. Can you come to the party with your laptop and encourage someone who has that expertise to come to the party?

Also, we have a Squidoo lens that is currently in the Top 10 and we would like to move it into the Number 1 position by Saturday, May 16th. Would you be so kind as to visit our lens at http://budurl.com/familyfun and sign the Guest Book with an uplifting comment? Be sure to watch the video, too. It will lift your spirits.

Sincerely,
Lamar Morgan

Many years ago, I spent a few years at Thunderbird as associate director of executive education. A great institution.

This post is originally from my blog, Everyday PR

I recently read a blog by Diane Schwartz and Courtney Barnes of PR News that asked the question if social media sites made people less friendly in person and more friendly online?Continue
