- About Me:
- I am Communications Coordinator for SOCAP International, a professional association with membership in the consumer affairs/customer care arena. I run the organization's magazine, write for the newsletter, update the website (among other things) and help develop communications strategies. My current project involves developing an organizational plan for social media and social networking - as both member benefits and messaging platforms to constituents and prospective constituents.
